Product Description :
BELO, a highly efficient dehydrator that combines first stage of mechanical dehydration by Belt-Press and second stage by Electro-Osmosis method. The one and whole process is certainly a cost-effective equipment to produce sludge cake at much higher dryness. It significantly reduces the final sludge cake dryness to or below 60wt% (at the dehydration ratio of 40%). It also reduces volume of the sludge to or less than 10% of input liquid sludge or at least 50% compared to conventional dehydrator.
BELO is a compact and robust machine, suitable for plants run by less skilled personnel, where low noise and ease of operation, flexibility and low maintenance are critical. |
